Three launch $235m loan for SPi Global acquisition

Invitations are out for a $235m triple tranche loan for private equity firm Partners Group’s acquisition of business process outsourcing company SPi Global.

ANZ, CTBC Bank and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank are leading the syndication, as GlobalCapital Asia reported in May.
