China Reinsurance plans tap of March notes

China Reinsurance Finance Corp is looking to tap its 2022 notes issued in March.

The company has mandated Bank of China, CCB International, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong branch, China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong), China Merchants Securities (HK), CICC HK Securities and HSBC as joint global co-ordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers on the senior deal.
