Yihua crafts dollar bond debut, eyes three year

Chinese private company Yihua Enterprises Group Co ventured into the international bond market on Monday, pitching its maiden deal with a three year tenor.

The issuer, better known as Yihua Group, picked BoCom International as sole global co-ordinator, sole lead manager and joint bookrunner. The bank approached investors with guidance of the mid 8% area for the Reg S deal on Monday morning Asia time.
