KDB looks to Taiwan for latest bond outing

The Korea Development Bank returned to the offshore market on Tuesday, adding a dash of variety to its funding with a Formosa transaction.

Sole bookrunner Standard Chartered (Taiwan) began marketing a five year floating rate note at 80bp to 82bp over three month Libor area. The senior notes will price in that range.
